Calm Tea Blend

Enjoy the Calm Tea Blend. This tea is specifically blended for its calming benefits, but doesn't include lavender for those who just aren't a fan. The tea is  blend a of oatstraw, chamomile, rose and borage.  Oatstraw is beneficial for bone strength and stabilizing blood sugar.  Chamomile calms the nervous system supports sleep.  Rose has a variety of vitamins and minerals, beneficial to support our immune system because of its antiseptic properties and antioxidants. Borage is high in Vitamins A & C.  Its a immune support and reduces inflammation in the body.  

Small is a sample size of .2 ounces  and makes 4-5 cups. 
Regular is 1 ounce of loose herbal tea.
